Poolshot GO User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is a legal contract between you and the operator of Poolshot GO ("we", "us", or "our"). It governs your use of the mobile application, related websites, APIs (including https://bfoup.poolsogo.com), and all features we make available (collectively, the "Service").

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter this Agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2 Definitions

• Application — The Poolshot GO mobile app and its updates.
• User Content — Information, text, or data you submit through the Service (where applicable).
• Virtual Items — In-app points, coins, bonuses, or similar digital rewards with no real-world cash value unless explicitly redeemed through approved payout flows.
• Account — Your registered profile used to access the Service.

3 Description of the Service

Poolshot GO is a casual pool-themed mobile game that may include skill-based gameplay, leaderboards, advertisements, optional reward programs, and online features that require an internet connection.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, virtual economies, or supported regions. We will use reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes when practical.

4 Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access to your Account
• Accept responsibility for activity under your Account
• Use only one Account per person unless we authorize otherwise

We may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate Accounts that violate this Agreement or applicable law.

5 User Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, scripts, emulators, or unauthorized third-party tools
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law permits
3. Interfere with servers, APIs, or other users' experience (including DDoS or scraping)
4. Harass, threaten, or post unlawful, infringing, or offensive content
5. Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Poolshot GO
6. Circumvent geographic, payout, or anti-fraud restrictions
7. Use the Service for money laundering or other illegal financial activity

We may investigate violations and take action including warnings, forfeiture of Virtual Items, Account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to authorities.

6 Rewards, Virtual Items & Payouts

Poolshot GO may offer Virtual Items, promotional rewards, or cash-equivalent payouts subject to in-app rules, availability, verification, and eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, error, or violation of this Agreement. You are responsible for any taxes on payouts as required by your jurisdiction.

7 Advertising & Third-Party Services

The Service may display third-party advertisements and link to external content. Ad partners operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not liable for third-party products, services, or websites.

Your use of integrated services (including ad networks and PayPal) may be subject to additional third-party agreements.

8 Intellectual Property

Poolshot GO, including graphics, audio, software, trademarks, and game design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by law or with our written consent.

9 Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Poolshot GO Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.

10 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that rewards or payouts will always be available in every region.

11 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

12 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

13 Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Application. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach this Agreement, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator of Poolshot GO is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at nizerashikhi@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration forum as required by applicable law.

15 Changes to This Agreement

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised Agreement with a new effective date and, where changes are material, provide notice through the app or other reasonable channels. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
