12 Disclosure Requirements

We may disclose personal information when required for business transactions (merger or acquisition), valid law-enforcement or regulatory requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Poolshot GO, our users, or the public.

13 Data Retention

Retention follows the principle of necessity. We keep personal information only while your Account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, or resolve disputes. After 90 consecutive days of inactivity, we delete personal data associated with your Account unless a longer period is required by law. Usage data may be anonymized and retained for analytics.

16 Third-Party Links

The app may link to external sites or services (including ad landing pages). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information.

17 Policy Changes
